The online, email, sms and mobile (in application ) alters have been built to notify all the eco system players for progress of each case and tracking each & every activity. Time based escalations and controls have been built for the alerts to flow to stakeholder.
The first version of the mobile application is already in use and the next version of the mobile application will have the knowledge management and forums functionality added to the basic FitCounter application.
The FitCounter application is also integrated to the social media applications and the future versions of the application will directly raise a case ID from the social media alerts & interventions.
